3.) Got SOME rest – Ya boi came into Christmas dealing with some SERIOUS back, leg and spasm issues. That’s why the night before was crucial. I was to the point of TEARS dawg! I laid down before 9pm and didn’t leave the bed till 7am. Yup, the spasms kicked my ass, disturbed real sleep but I STAYED there. (Didn’t even try smoking. 👀). The result? I got some rest, woke up sleepy but not tired, exhausted. Naaaah, I bust out 36 yoga poses and gradually eased the spasms, shaking, muscle weakness. It started with me being still, in the bed, getting some rest. Sleep? After TODAY’S grub, action, emotions, etc., I’ll pass TF out. #steps 😉
2.) Found a AWESOME parking spot – We made two circles around a packed, H-E-B parking lot. Slow, ugly, cars aggressive and people darting back and forth with fully loaded shopping carts. I was happy than a mug when the sweet spot opened up, in the FRONT. 👏🏾🖤♿. Got in and out QUICK with a whole Christmas dinner idea of groceries and snacks. That’s Gratitude homie. AND the RRs were clean this time! #Gratitude as I barely made it in time!
1.) Its Christmas in this Mickeyslick – Coooooome on! Movies, food, gifts, it’s 70°. What is not to be grateful for? I’m excited to volunteer to make the salad so we can eat faster. 🤜🏾🤛🏾🤣🤣
