On my BAD days, (like TODAY), I try to do extra Gratitudes because the negative thoughts are stronger on BAD days.
This Gratitude Journal ain’t easy but damn, it WORKS. Get stuck on your GOOD.

3.) Hired a WordPress developer – I’ve been saving, bit by bit, piece by piece for over TWO years. I’ve restarted a BUNCH of times but I did. O DID IT. 🤜🏾🤛🏾💪🏾👏🏾 I’m so proud of myself that I’m celebrating through a bad day. This is another towards becoming an independent, full-time blogger, author and speaker!
2.) 2nd smoothie taught me – My 2nd smoothie taught me how much bananas affect the texture and taste. ✋🏾 Not again, not a WHOLE banana. At the same time, I only finished because it was sooo freaking smooth going down. THEN, adding chia seeds, flaxseed and hemp seeds kicked the plumbing into higher gear. RASPBERRIES too. All came together, caused a few BMs but overall, no more banana!
