3.) Dave Chappelle dropped his LAST Netflix special – I can’t WAIT. Since his return, the man has skyrocketed into my top 3 of all time. With all the hoopla surrounding the calls to cancel his show, I KNOW it’s good. I deserve my 7 laughs and Dave will provide it like he knows my heart or something. 🤜🏾🤛🏾
2.) Got myself a PDF of snack ideas – The first two times that I made it to 10 days without sugar, gluten or alcohol, I depended on my wife to feed me. I put it all in her hands like she was on payroll and studied mu diet. THIS time, I’m taking more accountability than just eating. If I start learning how to prepare my own snacks, I’ll stick to it longer. THAT means better wellness and stronger mindset. #Boom
