Gratitude Journal Day #366: Wednesday, 10/6/21

Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)

I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Sooo, now that YOU know those stats, what will you do with it?

3.) Dopemade DayChangers – I still have a severe interest in these things. Anything that helps with stress, anxiety will grab my attention. (Waaaaaay back in the days, I was reaching and praying for pain killers. #growth) So the Gratitude is that I tried them out, know where to get more and looking for a reason to go back. 🤜🏾🤛🏾🤣

2.) My systems working – They say it’s NOT related but it sure is one HELL of a coincidence. Took my drug test Monday, I can access systems for the first time on Tuesday. *shrugs* Grateful I can start catching up, putting the pieces of my plan together. I want to be a AUTHENTIC salesman. I can’t do that until I know how to use the doggone systems. 👏🏾

1.) Computer Repair – They hit me up, explained the difficulties with my request but said they could save my file. *taps chest* Dawg! I don’t care HOW hard it is, just save it like I’m paying! 🤦🏾‍♂️🤣 Then, the trickle down effect begins. I get my computer AND that podcast interview file. Kid #2 gets my old, two-monitor computer. Kid #3 gets the jacked up laptop for editing. Kid #4 won’t have to keep sharing her laptop with kid #3.
