Gratitude Journal Day #319: Thursday, 8/19/21

Friday Eve! *fist bump* Let’s THRIVE in this muthafugga y’all.

3.) Paycheck hit early – Tell me this ain’t a Gratitude and I’ll call you a lie! 🤣🤣🤣 The FIRST thing I paid with an early check was my kids’ electronics bill for school. We have remote schooling since pandemic started so we were shocked at that $75/kid charge.

2.) *fingers crossed* One of my applications was advanced – 🙏🏾 I keep saying I don’t want sell these Medicaid/Medicare plans. That’s why I’m grateful ONE application was advanced to next level. It’s 2021 so everything is email, nothing has a personal line. *shrugs* I got my hopes HIGH for an escape route from sales.

1.) FOUND kid #3 – I had to have the school ANNOUNCE for her to report to main office. 😑 I was trying to be calm because the Mrs. called me in a tiiiiiizy, freaking out over all this. Apparently, she wasn’t in the car rider lane for after-school pick-up. Then, teachers out there couldn’t find her either so I was blown up. Number one, they found her. Actually, she reported quick when called over the loud speaker. GRATEFUL AF! #whew Number two, grateful nothing FELT mischievous. 👏🏾🤜🏾🤛🏾🖤 That absence of mischief is easier to deal with than a simple mistake.
