Each week, I plan to update readers, listeners, TRIBESMEN on the benefits of the If you can’t GET better, BE better Lifestyle as it pertains to Multiple Sclerosis. This means I’m talking about wellness, BMs, energy, incontinence, shaking and OTHER MS-related issues. I’m hoping to share some eyewitness testimony on the advantages, struggles and solutions to using the If you can’t GET better, BE better Lifestyle as a weapon of self-care to fight Multiple Sclerosis.

So, obviously, ya boi ain’t been on game. Yup, I pushed it hard with drinking, sugar, and gluten. I enjoyed myself and now, Multiple Sclerosis has come to *ahem* tax my ass. Don’t worry, I got a solid plan of recovery and rehabilitation founded in going back to no sugar, no gluten, no alcohol. πŸ€œπŸΎπŸ€›πŸΎπŸ€΄πŸΎ I know nobody thinking I’m giving up or anything because I’m NOT. For now, here’s how and when I realized I really was making myself worse.
