Gratitude Journal Day #178: Monday, 3/29/21

*rolling neck* Remember, YOUR Gratitudes don’t require stories, details, pictures, blog, NONE of this. Check out my September 2020 Gratitudes.

3.) 1st Adult got a J-O-B! – *standing ovation* It’s not her first or anything but I’m proud of my daughter for pushing through the pandemic to continue her entrepreneurial interests AND now, scooping a P/T gig. I don’t drive but I watch the news and hear my Queen complain about the rising gas prices. *raises eyebrows* Oh, guess you know where I’m going with this huh? I’m grateful her J-O-B is an independent business owned by a BLACK couple! Boom. Hell naw, I don’t expect any “preferential” treatment, neither does she. It’s the principles. 🤴🏾👀

2.) Put in 9-hours on the blog, videos, book and brand – Gratitude, Gratitude, Gratitude. I got some legit, good, work done. The remix of If you can’t GET better, BE better is maybe 25% complete, got some publishing quotes, building my video “testimonials” and putting together reviews. I can’t WAIT until all I have to do is work my blog, books, businesses and brand. *sniff*

1.) Had a BM – It’s my own damn fault for drinking LESS than 50oz of water on Saturday. *mnh mnh mnh* I learned the lesson of water and this Candida-free Lifestyle last Wednesday but Saturday was even worse. I barely drank anything and just laid around the whole day. Ya boi wasn’t chilling, relaxing, in bed, I flat out hit an MS exhaustion episode that lasted the entire Saturday and most of Sunday. That’s beside the point, eventually, I got myself together and just watered up all Sunday and snuck in a BM. It hurt my head so I’m sure constipation has stomped in my yard. Again, MY fault for slacking on wellness, dehydrating and granting the constipation free access. I’m grateful I got ONE in so that’s a sign I’m on the right path.
