A Queen and her King vs Multiple Sclerosis: AN Experiment with the Candida-free Lifestyle

A Queen and her King vs Multiple Sclerosis: AN Experiment with the Candida-free Lifestyle

In the FIRST episode, the Queen and I discuss the Candida-free Lifestyle (removing sugar, gluten, and alcohol) and the early effects of the COVID-19 vaccination. Oh yeah, I make sure to remind y’all why I dumped prescription drugs and Western Healthcare.

What it is and Why I’m doing it

5-Star Book Review: Healing Multiple Sclerosis (Ann Boroch, 2007)

Above is the entire blog post on the book that SOLIDIFIED my belief that wellness is possible. I will not equate wellness or healing to walking again. Noooo sir. I’m NOT gonna do it, set myself up with crazy high expectations and all that jazz. When I really, honestly think about it, I wasn’t doing that much with my legs besides walking and driving anyway. If I could “fix” anything, it would be the bladder issues (BMs and peeing), neurosis in feet (or shoulders) and NOT getting worse. I can live in this state, with this struggle but I don’t want anything worse. The book ties Multiple Sclerosis to the fungus, candida. In laymen’s terms, some people are like… “allergic” to the fungus and over time, it develops into all kinds of chronic illnesses, MS, fibromyalgia, etc. There’s even a test that you take in the book and I was on the end where candida may be a problem. *nodding head* Ok, I don’t know FOR SURE if candida is the source of my Multiple Sclerosis, Ulcerative Colitis, etc. BUT I’ll be DAMNED if I don’t at least TRY to find out. *makes muscle* So, the goal is for the next month or so, maybe 6months, is to eat the Candida-free Lifestyle. I am removing sugar, gluten and alcohol to go match my Pescatarian Diet. (Pescatarians don’t eat land animals, only fish and seafood. *winks*) My Queen is operating as Da Chef of Wellness and finally agreed to join me on the journey of sharing all this. Each night (as much I can and remember) I will update any and all who are interested over IG (IG = @allthingsonelove). The Queen and I will give a team podcast that highlights some of the good, bad, and the WTF. The FIRST episode is at the bottom of the post!
