Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I chose THIS to start my day…
8.) Charged my battery! 🔋 Yo Queen. Nothing sucks like running out of wheelchair battery. Any time of the day is bad too, work (even thought I’m being still), blogging (still again) or just relaxing around the crib. Last night, I actually remembered to charge that mug so I’m rolling all day with no hiccups.
7.) Copy/paste worked in the Journal. Y’all would be shocked if you knew how many times, I can NOT copy/paste in wordpress. I don’t know what I do wrong but it doesn’t vibe for me. It don’t vibe A LOT. Got that sucker today tho! Saved myself a solid 5 min like a BOSS.
6.) Passed ONE of my quizzes I still need one more and a full feature, final exam to be officially hired BUT I got 1 of 3 done. Gotta start somewhere homie.
5.) Slow day at work And I always need, appreciate and love the slow days. Do I really need to explain why? *wink*
4.) Aquafor My tat guy is big believer that aquafor is better than all the gimmicky tattoo gels, creams, etc. I thought I had some, couldn’t find, started using coconut oil and BOOM, aquafor just shows up beside my bed. Daaaawg, tell me Gratitude ain’t working!
3.) MY clean clothes on TOP of the pile! Booooiiiiiiii. You talking about time saver! Not only were they clean, but the A-shirt, draws, socks I wanted to match my PJs were all right there, on top, shining and whispering my name. I felt like today was meant to be.
2.) Phone arrived early The power, beauty and convenience of Amazon. Ohhhhhh KING! Who gon complain that their package arrived a full day earlier than anticipated? Not ME. Upgraded my phone from Note 5 to Note 8 so I can be more visible and influential on IG and other social media platforms. My lil, ‘ol, 5 year old phone wasn’t cutting it. I couldn’t have more than a pictures on the phone. No space for videos. Always moving slow. *salute* Well, y’all should see me more now. #Water
1.) Grateful my daughter went into quarantine mode on her own *makes muscle* I ain’t scared. I’m a GANGSTA with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, no healthcare and…. Let me stop lying. I’m a little bit worried. Not for myself but for the wife and kids. I’m damn watching and peeping how patient ZERO does. Don’t trip folks. WE, whole doggone FAMILY, is heading to the testing spot now. *fingers crossed* I am grateful that she took some precaution, been wearing a mask, staying in her room, closed off one bathroom just for her. It is probably a good thing that everyone has their own room too. And kids are upstairs, parents downstairs helps with distancing. We just stocked up on bleaches, cleaners, etc. sooooo… Here. We. Go.
