Gratitude Journal Day: Tuesday, 1/5/2021

Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)

I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I chose THIS to start my day…

Not only am I feeling BETTER but I think I’ve identified where I’ve been jacking up. Too much slipping and sliding with the intensity of my #Wellness. I haven’t been doing the stuff I used to do like sitting over boiling water for my sinuses, working out after EVERY yoga session, untimed meditations, READING, etc. I’m taking too much #energy from my preventative methods and pumping it into my blog. I’m taking too many shots to celebrate success, killing the cookies and treats that my daughters make. I’ve just done too damn much. The healing and recovery are coming along well and I’m able to pinpoint needs I didn’t know before. Example: Now, I know I need 120oz of water for my best plumbing and RR days. 120oz keeps me in the RR regular but everything WORKS. Champagne is NOT for me. It’s an instant tummy troubler. Black-N-Mild cigars seem to seduce my shaking. Too much cheese and I’m constipated. Ice cream gives me gas. I didn’t know ANY of this BEFORE my recent exploration into wellness and gratitude. I HAD slowly weaned and whittled my diet until the Queen stripped sugar, gluten and alcohol. *shakes head* Well, it was DAMN SHO FUN! *sucks teeth* Fun like a mug but it’s time to focus. I’m on day #2 of the bounceback

3.) Neighbor fixed my fence! I didn’t even know the fence was broken! Wife & kids knew but since I can’t fix it, nobody was telling me. *cool beans* I’m not tripping or hurt because it is fixed, done and I’m GRATEFUL for the help. ‘Houses are HARD work when you’re disabled.’

2.) WARMER day!! I appreciated rolling and riding through the mean living rooms, bending corners, pulling up at local couches & countertops while sporting a T-shirt and PJs. πŸ™ŒπŸΎ No need for jacket, sweater or weighted blanket. Just a man, his wheelchair and a mission. πŸ˜‰

1.) NEW logo is ready!!! #BOOM! That’s The Way I Feel has an OFFICIAL logo! Damn right. *thumps chest* I used Ivanna Reyes because she’s family AND awesome at this stuff. PLUS, I prefer building these business relationships with people I trust and know. πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ Look, I am what I am. πŸ€œπŸΎπŸ€›πŸΎ

This is an excursion of awakening into positive thinking, entrepreneurship, and natural healing while living life. In short, I am an AWESOME teacher-turned-Passioneer. No, I didn't retire because kids were too crazy, pay was too small, work was too much or forced to give too many tests. A Passioneer is an individual that exercises passion.
