Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I chose THIS to start my day…
To promote MY book gah dawg it! *slapping knee in hilarious laughter*
3.) I’m set up for tonight’s That’s The Way I Feel ♿ So, I chopped with Kerry (co-host and King) about the web series. Yes, it is rocking. Yup, we both have PPMS and gotta slow it down. My work hours have changed and that directly affects my blog hours, branding time and business arrangements. *makes muscle* I already gotta a plan. This week, TONIGHT, we plan to Zoom a full meditation and yoga-for-disabled class. 7:30pm CST!
2.) Finally did SOME kind of book promotions video. (NO idea what I’m doing but I’m authentic! 🤷🏾♂️💆🏽♂️) LMAO!! I needed to do this months ago. I did some type of video with each book release but Daaaaaaawg… none of this is my cup of tea. All of this confuses me BUT I’m grateful that I dropped one AND had my new ring light to help with the optics. It felt natural and smooth. The best video I’ve done. Well, to ME it was!
1.) Fixed the main menu of my BLOG! 🤜🏾🤛🏾🙏🏾 Another little step in my quest to improve my blog. I had issues with categories, menu options, sometimes blogs didn’t match the menu, *sigh* This is where gratitude comes in tho. My Queen is doing so much with the blog that I have TIME to help her with MY blog. The result? An entirely, jazzy and professional look with a working menu!
