Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I chose THIS to start my day…
*pops collar* Y’all know I wrote today’s quote huh? LMAO!! Yo, I try to tell y’all. I give hints, tips, pointers. I’m even making videos on a regular basis with plans on doing more. I wake every day rocking a bunch of symptoms and pure pain from the Spondylosis, Multiple Sclerois or Ulcerative Colitis. I have a benign kidney tumor that keeps me on my toes. I don’t need or want your pity and sympathy, I’ve earned your attention. I am STILL here. Not ONLY am I still here, I am getting BETTER, improving, growing, learning, non-stop. My purpose is helping so working in the insurance field is dang a good match. I see every call as opportunity to help people, teach people. I tutor which is definitely a match to helping people. I blog and tell stories (my paaaaSHUN *in Pop’s voice*). My shit is aligned. All day, I’m following my purpose and hunting my passion. I can’t see it no other way. Throw in those Gratitudes and suddenly BOOM, I’m in love with a life that I never saw coming.
3.) COLD nights! *snuggles in sweater and electric blanket* Am the only one that sleeps with ceiling fans ON even on COLD nights? Dawg, I’m married and rock my electric blanket, on MY side and those nights I sleep the best. Last night, I put in 5 hours of sleep! BOY, I feel like a brand, new man sleeping like that!
2.) Clean bedsheets! *deep exhale* YAAAAAAS. Cold night AND got fresh bedsheets. Telling y’all, I was knocked TF out. See, the cold makes you bury yourself in the sheets and covers. THEN, that’s when the fresh sheets really hit you. All you smell is that fabric softner and dryer sheets. Your mind KNOWS it’s clean too. *duck face* Guuuuuuuurl, I that mug was damn near better than sex.
1.) SHE got the links working again! *1000 kisses* She is the Queen of the Kingdom and her influence on the blog is making an impression and impact. Over the weekend, the site optics were “adjusted” to enhance the readability. *shrugs* Yoo, I LOVE blogging but I don’t know what I’m doing with SEO, marketing, promoting, branding, readibility, none of that stuff. She is taking over and slowly, I’m getting it. I’m OVERstanding how to improve, how improving affects my readers. Well, all that being said, the links to my site were “broken” for a day. I figured out that going into each individual post, I could repair the link and folks could read the blog again. *straight face* 400 posts. *NO blinking* Slow Wi-Fi so the site kept jamming up. I was averaging about 2 posts per minute. *still ain’t blinking* But SHE fixed it. I felt like Toni Braxton and sang Breathe Again when she told me that it was fixed and I could stop my individual repair work. *bows* Thank you Babes!
