Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I chose THIS to start my day
Today is Friday the 13th! *shaking in boots* I’ve become such an energy freak that in anticipation of the non-sense of negative energy, I’m posting FIVE Gratitudes. What am I always telling y’all? Protect your inner G/energy.
5.) My Mobile Medicine Cabinet aka purse 🤣 I love this thing. Under October, (I named my electric wheelchair) I keep black sage, blue sage, Bluetooth speaker, hardback book, carmex, Yeti canteen, mini-torch, Journal, tinctures. EVERYTHING has it’s use to either PREVENT MS symptoms & negative thoughts or calm me WHEN the MS symptoms start. Whether blogging, building, branding or flat out working, I’m able to manage myself with a FULL heart and HIGH spirits. You KNOW I’m grateful for that. I start my day with October, he drops me off EVERY night; Yooo, *bows* Kisses to my MOMMA, first Queen, for sending me the device that maximizes my abilities.
4.) My gums have stopped hurting!! YES! 🙏🏾🙏🏾 I don’t know WHAT I did but the gums surrounding my front teeth were soooooo painful and sensitive on the right side. Ohhh, it lasted about a week and did that slowly-building-up-till-you-bout-to-try-something-off-YouTube THEN started getting better. *shaking head* THAT wasn’t MS related at all. Grateful it’s over tho!
3.) My TEETH have stopped hurting!!! 🎷🎺🥁 THIS I can explain. I have a wisdom tooth on the right side that needs to be pulled. Sometimes, something, ANYthing gets stuck and my mouth is inflamed until whatever it is comes out. I know, yuck. 🤷🏾♂️ During that MONTH, I was brushing, flossing, EXTRA careful and several times per day. Now, I can relax a little. *whooo saaaah*
2.) Showered & shaved LAST night! 🚽🚿🛀🏾🛁 #Proud MUCH as I looooooove that FRESH, clean than a MUG start to the day. 😋 I can’t do it every morning before the gig. Sometimes, a playa gotta slide in that self-clean at night, get dem good Z’s and let the chips fall. 🤣😂 I will admit. Waking UP knowing you ain’t GOT to do it? Just brush & facial care? (BUMP Y’ALL! I have a “system” too!) Like I was writing, knowing you have stuff checked & done is a powerful kick off. I feel like I’ve already done the hardest part of my day!
1.) Check was a lil EXTRA 💰💵💸💱💲*looks over shoulder* Pssst. I’m ALWAYS bragging and giving testimonials to the power of Gratitude. I got another. I really, REALLY needed more medicine. It wasn’t in the new budget till NEXT check. Weeeeeell, guess who check was EXACTLY that amount extra? 🕐🕜 I’ll wait while you thinking. Take your time but not really. 🥁🤓 ME. My check was extra that EXACT amount. I immediately ordered my medication! Nope, didn’t OVERthink it wondering where it came from, why, how to get it again, NOTHING. I ordered MY medz and jumped into my day with the GREATEST feeling of Gratitude and gravy! 🖤
