Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I chose THIS to start my day…
In 2020, this is how I think of distractions, KEEP GOING. Your side hustle need a little MORE hustle, energy, investment? KEEP GOING. Your imagination telling you that you can’t go THAT far? KEEP GOING. Your spouse fussing about how much time you spend hunting your passions? KEEP GOING. Need to rest? Fine but KEEP GOING. You have to taste that finish, that completion. You deserve that WIN sooooooo….

3.) Day 1 of REAL homeschool went well. 👏🏾 My kids are digging their classes. My son, 9th grade, said, “Daddy. This is waaay better than anything I did in public school. We ACTUALLY have tutors, tutorials and somebody answers your questions. I’m NOT saying it’s fun or anything but I like it.” 🙄🤣😂My 6th grade daughter, kid #3, finished her day’s work and went into tomorow’s work because it was so interesting.😋😂🤣 Grateful and MORE grateful about that. I’m acting all confident in this plan buuuuuuut *hushmouth*
2.) Trainer Tutorials 🤜🏾🤛🏾 I have my study group. I’ve created study games. I’m going to START my Study binder (AVID style). Nothing can beat having THE teacher at your tutorials. I KNOW I need it.
1.) Teamwork makes the dream WORK! 🖤🖤🖤 *sniff* My Queen has NO earthly idea how HER presence, attention, energy is affecting my overall WELLNESS. She’s giving me vitamins, supplements and anti-fungus stuff at scheduled time intervals like I’m important AF. I get breakfast before work that address how I feel like I’m some kind of millionaire guru. If I need energy, it’s one thing. If I’m hungry, it’s another. If I need to potty, it’s a 3rd thing AND it works. She tracks how much water I’m drinking because it directly affects my plumbing and shaking. The kids get lunches, I get lunches AND snacks brought to my work desk. She’s up early JUST to grind, discuss, plan, project, the blog, brand, business and books. The kids get frustrated with US because the Queen and I agree on sooooo much stuff. There’s ONE message coming from their parents which wrecks their entire game of “First, I’ll ask __, then I’ll ask __.” I’ve had crushes on colleagues and employers but not like this. Ain’t NO co-worker EVER worn what she wears to work. NO coworker smiles and flirts with me like THIS coworker. Y’all know how important the mindset is to YOUR day. My Queeen is taking that philosophy serious than a mug because I wake up wanting to work for myself and impress my colleagues. I honestly feel like a KING. 👑💪🏾🙏🏾👑
