Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I’m choosing THIS today…
3.) The wife said, “Your facial hair looks like a porn star”. 😉 I have NO words. None. Zip. She really said that with a straight face about ME! *blushing* Did I feel like a piece of meat? OMG! YES! AND IT FELT GREAT!!!! That shot of affirmation had me higher than the cost of living ALL day. I play with my looks quite a bit. Even with a shaved head, I do various types of beards, goatees, side burns, KEEP a moustache, the whooooole 9. (Told y’all, Deion “Prime Time” Sanders is a philosopher of mine.) I had been growing a “wizard” beard but after bout 3 or 4mo, that was enough. The nappiness of it, food getting stuck, me always digging in it, just too much. I just trimmed that mug down into the little, triangle-like, “puff” and BOOM. *pretends to whip his hair* 😜
2.) My PEOPLE coming for round 2! (Well, at least ONE is.) 🤜🏾🤛🏾 I’m CRUNK on this news. I don’t get visitors much so when I do? #Ready Websites, Madden, blogs, apparel, home school selections, raising kids, FOOTBALL. Again, BOOM.
1.) S/O to my own body for day 2 of feeling better! 👐🏾✊🏾💪🏾 It’s the 2nd day of heavy alkaline water, heavy chia seeds, sweet potato smoothies, BIG veggies and such to calm my body now. I had been dragging and worried I was regressing but I’m bouncing back. My energy is up, my head is higher, spirits righteous and I’m looking forward to busting ass on chasing dreams and hunting goals.
