Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards in a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I chose THIS to start my day…
Y’all KNOW I’m talking energy right. When things don’t vibe, protect your inner G (energy) by doing this kind of stuff. I dedicated a whole chapter of my first book, If you can’t GET better, BE better, to using social media for mindset. All tjis goes for family, friends, colleagues, acquaintances, ERRRRYYBODY. Ain’t nothing permanent. They don’t know. It just for YOU and YOUR mindset.
On to the Gratitudes
3.) 2nd day of salmon & salads. JUST in time too. 🍜 I mean juuuuuuuust in time. The salads are my medicine, energy and therapy. Since the wife was home, SHE actually made it for me. *ashamed* I be TIRED. Yes, I’m hunting passion. Yup, I’m sexting purpose. STILL, I have MS and there are things out of my control. Everything than I can influence, I will. EXACTLY why I’m grubbing on salad all day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The salmon has those antioxidants, proteins and omega-3 fatty acids.
2.) Made it 24hrs without liquor. 🥂 I needed to lay low with my liquor intake. I GOTS to chill on the drinking and it is not the first time either. I periodically go through spells and stages of overdrinking and it’s usually tied to a houseparty. *blows for an uncomfortably long time* See, I admit. As a fully, 100% disabled individual, I ain’t got to walk anywhere. I just pull up, pour up and drank up. Since I am not walking, moving that much, I end up sipping a bit more than others. (Ok, ok, ok. I drink a LOT more than others.) When I wake up, I strongly believe that, “hangovers are for quitters” so I immediately start back up. *hands up* What? I’m a cool, happy, get somewhere and sit down kinda drunk so who gon complain? Not to mention, the liquor can do wonders for your pain levels. *wags finger like I’m somebody Grandmother* MODERATION is the key and I totally screwed myself with that. I’ll drink morning, noon, night, no water, no food, just rolling with the good times till the good times ain’t rolling. Today, I’m on day 2 without liquor, beer, nothing but the necessary water for a necessary healing.
1.) Tennesse Titans playing on a TUESDAY! 🤗😍🤣 YES! I’ve been rocking with the Titans since they were the Oilers. Do I think they can win this year? NOPE. I’m still gon watch the game tho because NFL don’t happen on Thursday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. PLAY BALL BOYS!
